The Wendy’s/Arby’s UnMerger

On 20 January 2011, Wendy’s/Arby’s Group announced their plan to potentially sell the Arby’s brand in order to focus their attention on the Wendy’s brand. This is the wrong move. I outline the shortcomings of this merger and a strategic plan to fix Arby’s as opposed to selling the brand.
